The products you buy online through Ropeland.net are under the guarantee of the manufacturer. The invoice that you will receive with the product you purchased, replaces the warranty certificate for these products. For this reason, please carefully keep the invoice that will be sent to you by us. Read the user manual and operating instructions before using the products.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You can return the product you have purchased within (30) days from the delivery date without opening the package, without using it, without allowing it to deteriorate. Before returning the product, please send an email to email@example.com including your invoice number and order number, specifying the reason for the return. Our company will contact you after the e-mail or fax you sent is forwarded, and will inform you about the return processes of the products. It should be sent back to us on the invoice issued in your name along with the product. The cost of another product or product will be refunded to your credit card instead of the returned product. 2. Products Damaged During Transport
You have to open and check the packages that you think were damaged during the shipment in front of the cargo officer from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. The return of the product only includes the gift, if any, and all standard accessories of the product; packaging is received undamaged and in full when it is returned with its original packaging.
3. Faulty Products
Please send an e-mail containing your invoice and order numbers to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our company communication channels, specifying the faulty products that were not noticed during the delivery and occurred in the application. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after sending the invoice to our store together with the returned product.
